The Triple Crown is over! Andy Irons takes the cake, with Mick Fanning grabbing second and Bruce finding room on the smallest step of the podium for third. Kelly Slater, with an uncharacteristic interference call, surrendered his bid to win the Pipeline Masters, but already clinched his 7th WCT tour with his performance in Brazil. The competition ended with 8-10 foot swells, and more on the way. Finally everyone can start getting psyched for the awesome peaks that light up the Pacific as winter swings into gear.
